This usually happens after a disconnect, don't worry though as the problem resolves after 10-15 minutes. If it happens again, just wait for a bit and you should be able to login again.

Whenever this happens you have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes, and then you should be able to login again.

The battle engine is down right now, once it has been restarted you'll be able to battle trainers and have encounters.

Yeah it depends on your timezone, you can see the exact time it'll release for yourself in the PokéForce discord.

You can't login because the demo isn't live yet. It will be joinable on the 29th (I'm not sure about the exact time though).
