Resolved Bug, error or Block?

Greetings. I tried to try the demo while streaming on my Youtube channel. However, there is a message that my "IP has been banned, for being on the Blacklist". This is my first time playing. Is this due to a bug, or they just blocked IPs from certain regions. (If that is the case, I think they are starting off on the wrong foot. They are prejudging people just for belonging to a certain country.) But anyway, I don't know why I am on a supposed blacklist.
NOTE: I am not the only one, and I have several colleagues who also have the same problem and the only thing in common is that we are from the same region. That is why I asked, to confirm and not waste time.

Just to clarify, you have not received an IP ban.

We have anti-spam features in place to detect and prevent certain internet services from being used to prevent and maintain potential spam, the most common cause of this would be a VPN being in use at the time, if not then this would mean the IP address has been reported as spam elsewhere online.
