Christmas event step by step guide

Gonna make a quick guide for this event for anyone who wants it!

find the tavern (the building with the chimney) talk to the bartender once you are inside and he will give you the first quest that allows you to obtain the other quests


then find the house shown below. the bird claw prints in the snow indicate that a delibird is inside of this house


interact with this box and a delibird will jump out of it giving you the first quest "The chase"


then speak with this lumbar jack to start your second quest. this quest will require you to find 1 piece of wood and 3 pieces of iron to help build his axe


next interact with this pile of wood to obtain the 1 wooden piece required for the axe



in this house we see more bird prints. enter here to find another delibird


in the same house interact with this man to receive the third quest which is to help find his master saitama


now speak with this lady to receive the fourth quest which is to find her lost snorunt


now come back over here where we find more bird prints and interact with the delibird inside

while inside the same house, speak with this fisherman to obtain the fifth quest which is to save his fishing holes from delibirds raiding them


now we see more bird prints and find our last delibird. interact with the bird and then try to pass the police man. he will stop you and this will complete your quest


go all the way right until you reach the slippery ice


follow these movements exactly I wont include pictures.

up - right - down - right - down - left - up - left

now you should be on this island with the fisherman and a pickaxe. speak to the fisherman and begin a minigame where you must catch the delibirds as they pop out of the holes. after completing the quest speak with the fisherman and he will give you his pick axe.


start from this spot and follow the directions again

right - up - right -


left - up

once inside the cave there are 3 spots where you can mine iron ores:




you will need to collect 3 iron ores to make the axe from the lumberjack and then you will need to mine 2 more ores to increase your mining level to level 2. (5 ores total need to be mined)

now go back outside of the cave and follow directions


down - left - down - left - up - right - up - left - down
then you should be out of the slippery ice

then walk back to the lumber jack and speak to him. he will create the axe and give it to you.

then return to the cave through the ice path following the same directions as previously.

once you are inside the cave go to the top by the mushroom


interact with the box using the key given to you by genos and you will receive a pair of gloves


now go back down the cave and smash this rock (necessary to be mining level 2)


next you will need to use the gloves to move these boulders around. i am going to show a final image of what the boulder formation should look like and then its pretty self explanatory


enter the ice cave and walk towards frosslass to complete the finding snorunt quest


then exit the cave and follow the same ice path directions as previously to return to the main village. once you reach the main village travel all the way left until you reach another area of boulders.


once again ill leave an image of what the final boulders should look like and it should be self explanatory


speak to saitama to finish the one punch man quest then head back to the tavern where you obtained the very first quest.

speak with the bartender inside of the tavern and then you will have completed the event and obtained your delibird hat!

Very nice guide. Interesting to note that getting the pick was the first quest I was able to complete.

Very cool that quests can be dynamic in that sense.

Accidentally pushed the north rock up once while getting into position to move that last rock left...

How do I reset this? Because I don't believe it's possible for me to get over to the guy now. Relogging didn't work.

You need to exit the boulder area and speak to the fighter guy(genos who you got the quest from) who stands right next to it and he will reset the boulders

How do I reset this? Because I don't believe it's possible for me to get over to the guy now. Relogging didn't work.

You can use the Escape Rope by pressing 2 in instances like these and you will be warped back to town and the puzzle will be reset. It's useful in a lot of instances where you can get stuck like this in general.
