Resolved Log into poke-force error. is activaction email needed?

Salutations. I don't know the best place to ask or put this. I'm not too good at forum format.
but I've played MMO for a while, and I figure creating this would allow me to log into Force. the client says no though.
I didn't know if I needed a confirmation email which if so. haven't gotten yet.

is there anything i need to do? please help kindly regards
