East of Cherrygrove City there's patches of grass that can now spawn ridiculously high level Ferrets, I actually caught a lvl 175 but after checking it in the PC it reduced to lvl 47. I went back to the same patch and encountered a lvl 140 and then caught a lvl 80. I never encountered these before the last update so I think something happened in the last update.
