Resolved Missing Eon Ticket

Hello, I connected my forum account with my discord but I don't see the Eon ticket on my forum page.

Both discord and the forum have the same email address so should be connected correctly, how come the ticket isn't displayed?

I don't have it either, but it looks like only staff members have it displayed on their forum page for now(?) o.o
