Resolved Need help retrieving my delibird costume

Hello!

I played during the demo around Christmas time and had fun earning the delibird hat. I used my original account linked to my university email during this time. Since then the university has deleted all data and accounts linked to the account. Is there anyway I can retrieve the delibird hat on this account? I have a screenshot from the Christmas demo with the hat on my character.

Below I have included a screenshot of my orginal account with the delibird hat. I am excited for the game release and look forward to the Summer Demo. It would be a huge relief if I could get this fixed.
