Demo Downloading Unbelievably Slow

My internet up and down are perfectly fine, and am currently getting over 700 mbps of download speed. The launcher however will not download, no matter what browser I use. Anything else I attempt to download does not have this issue. I am assuming this is a server related issue?

*Update*

It is 100% a server issue. I had my buddy who had previously downloaded the launcher, post it in our discord and have me download it from there, and it was just fine. Just to retest, I had tried downloading again from the forum page and the same issue arises.
