Encounter counter

Please add an ingame encounter counter. Possible even a 'Key item' that you can activate and deactivate! Its a simple feature that makes life alot easier for players who play on mac/mobiles and cant download 3rd party mods. Thank you for reading

Yes we already have this plan and will add it to the game in the future.

But exactly how it works is not yet fully clear. Let's wait and see. ^^
