Lost pokemons pc

Hello i had 3 pokemons.My main and one other lost out off my account when i put them on the pc.Are they lost forever cause of a bug?

I have the same issue or similiar, to me appears that withdraw and deposit too fast may cause this issue, i guess is something referred to a desync from the server. Also i noticed that these pc slot where i deposit these pokemon becamed bugged and if i deposit a pokemon in the bugged slot they seems to get the moves of the pokemon lost in the limbo of this bug.
