The evolution of Poliwhirl In the current PF meta, both Politoed and Poliwrath will have outstanding performances in PVP.
Politoed is the only one "Drizzle" in the meta, there is nothing to say about this;
Poliwrath is the only one Tyranitar and Crawduant's counter (Tangrowth is likely unobtainable). It also have Circle Throw that can force the opponent to switch PM(This can form a combo with any type of spikes).
