Question about how to get PVP Ready Pokémon

As a PVP player, I am curious about PVP Pokémon breeding in PokeForce:

1. How to get Hidden Ability pokemon(Do you want it to be easy to obtain or difficult to obtain)?
2. What will be pokemon's level in PVP(50, 100)?
3. Is it possible for Pokémon to easily recall egg moves, tutor moves and TMs that have been learned?

The game is in the early stages for anything to be certain things will be decided later along the line.
Probably :
1.HA will be obtainable with abit of difficulty (locked behind a craftable item or something)
2.PVP levels will also be 50 (just my speculations)
3.Same with HA it wont be easily obtainable certain item collection and crafting the would be needed for move relearning or to craft TMs which is gonna be single use
Breeding mechanism has not been decided yet im sure the development team is working on an improved version. HA and egg moves should probably be transferable via breeding to the offspring when it comes out.

Again this is mostly speculations
